In addition to assembling, adjusting, and calibrating your machine, the technician will offer a basic tutorial on its programs and features. All fitness technicians are covered by a $1 million accidental damage insurance policy and their workmanship is guaranteed with a 90-day warranty. If, for some reason, your equipment is flawed upon delivery, your Treadmill Doctor technician will begin the manufacturer's warranty process for you. I was contacted to schedule the assembly promptly. The technician arrived on time and efficiently completed the assembly. Overall, I was very satisfied with this service - and happy to know that the machine was assembled properly.

The next day of delivery they arrived for setting the machine. The representative arrived on time, was professional. I explained hat needed to be done. He was organized. After completing the job he explained how to operate the machine. He left the place very clean. All cartons were collected and disposed off. I am very satisfied with this service they are truly outstanding.

After reading their ad and many reviews of the elliptical I bought, I purchased blue loctite and recommended lube. Installers refused to use either. Company advertised removal of packaging, pallet, and cardboard. Yes, to your garage or driveway. I had to schedule assembly for the day before trash pick-up to accomodate them. Otherwise, fast work with a quick safety talk. Not sure I would use this company again. A local full service retail store that used to have two names offered the same service for less money.
